So here's the story: my dad was in LA on Monday for a trip (that's right - this happened on his birthday). He was walking back to his hotel from lunch when he saw a guy who looked like he was having car trouble. And since my dad was raised a southern gentleman (and a southern gentleman always offers a helping hand) my dad offered to help this man push his car into a nearby parking lot.
Well, as they were talking, my dad realized this man was an actor from his favorite show, Fringe.
That's right, it was Joshua Jackson! and Diane Kruger was in the car.
How insane??? My dad didn't mention that he knew who he was, he just helped him out. Joshua Jackson thanked my dad and told told him he was a great guy.
Talk about a cool birthday! That's one for the books!
